What You’ll Do
- Develop creator briefs based on brand messaging, key USPs, and campaign objectives
- Source, approach, negotiate with, and manage creators and influencers
- Coordinate contracts, fees, deliverables, timelines, and revisions with creators
- Manage agencies, MCNs, production partners, and other external partners
- Review creator content from draft to final, providing clear and actionable feedback
- Manage campaign tracking, including creator-specific links, promo codes, posting status, and performance
- Analyze campaign performance and turn insights into actionable improvements for future campaigns
- Handle campaign settlements and payment processes
- Manage creators for offline events and brand activations
- Support whitelisting and other creator partnership initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience managing influencer, creator, or partnership campaigns
- Hands-on experience sourcing creators and negotiating campaign terms directly
- Experience writing creator briefs from scratch — not just executing briefs provided by others
- Experience managing agencies, MCNs, or other external creator partners
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate schedules, deliverables, feedback, and revisions across multiple stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with contracts and settlements, with the ability to review and understand key contract terms
- A data-driven mindset with experience reviewing campaign performance and applying learnings to future campaigns
Nice to Have
- Experience in parenting, education, kids, or other family-focused categories
- Experience with commerce or live commerce, including sales links, promo codes, and settlement processes
- Experience working at an influencer marketing agency, MCN, or creator management company
- Experience working with English-speaking creators or partners
