What you’ll be doing

[Creator & Partner Communication]

• Communicate with external partners, including creators, agencies, and MCNs.
• Coordinate with the internal Marketing team and cross-functional teams to keep campaigns on track.
• Quickly identify and coordinate schedules, content requirements, requests, and issues.
• Organize and communicate key information across multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.

[Campaign Operation]

• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, including schedules and overall progress.
• Support the end-to-end campaign process, from creator sourcing and outreach to content production, review, and publication.
• Manage campaign materials, content, schedules, and performance data.
• Respond quickly and proactively to unexpected changes in schedules, requirements, or campaign priorities.

[Automation & Process Improvement]

• Identify repetitive tasks and find more efficient ways to get them done.
• Use AI tools to automate and streamline day-to-day work.
• Reduce unnecessary manual work in campaign operations and proactively suggest new workflows and processes.

Must haves

• A strong communicator who can work effectively with different people and stakeholders.
• Someone who can quickly adapt to a fast-changing environment and take ownership in an early-stage team where tools, priorities, and situations change frequently.
• A self-starter who can find their own way of working and make things happen without waiting for detailed instructions.

Nice to haves

• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, or similar tools for work or projects.
• Interest or experience in parenting, education, creator content, or related industries.
