About DinoAI
DinoAI is an AI English-learning product for overseas markets, covering core regions such as the GCC (Gulf countries), Southeast Asia, and Japan/Korea. It uses a subscription model and benchmarks itself against global leaders like Duolingo and BuddyAI. We believe AI can do more than teach English: it can reshape how growth works. "Using AI to run ads" is not a slogan for us, it's our daily work.
Role Overview:
Responsible for DinoAI's offline channels and institutional partnerships in Hong Kong, focusing on schools, exhibitions, shopping malls/supermarkets, residential communities, parent and youth organizations, and local brand partnerships. You will drive partners to continuously bring in active users and revenue, from opportunity discovery, client visits, product demos, proposal negotiation, and project launch through to performance review.
Key Responsibilities
- Create Hong Kong's offline business development plan, mapping out partnership opportunities across schools, exhibitions, malls/supermarkets, residential communities, parent and youth organizations, and local brands.
- Independently handle partner development, including building target lists, business outreach, client visits, needs analysis, product demos, proposal creation, commercial negotiation, and contract signing.
- Design partnership models based on each partner's users and scenarios, such as product experience events, joint promotions, group subscriptions, and revenue-share arrangements.
- Plan and run school talks, product experiences, education fairs, parent-child events, and joint partner events, with proper user onboarding, data tracking, and post-event review.
- Follow up on partnership project launches, coordinating with content, product, operations, and tech teams on localized materials, product configuration, event collateral, and data attribution.
- Maintain key partners, drive renewals, repeat business, and expanded scope, and keep collecting feedback on the Hong Kong market, users, and competing products.
Requirements
- 4+ years of local Hong Kong experience in business development, channel sales, institutional partnerships, or key accounts. Experience in education, kids/family consumer goods, EdTech, internet products, or subscription products is preferred.
- Full BD capability: able to independently handle client development, product demos, partnership proposals, negotiation, and closing.
- Familiar with Hong Kong's education and offline partnership ecosystem. Existing resources with schools, exhibitions, malls/supermarkets, communities, parent and youth organizations, or local brands are preferred.
- Commercial and data awareness: able to evaluate each channel's cost, qualified leads, user conversion, and revenue.
- Cantonese as the main working language, English for business communication and writing materials, and Mandarin for smooth collaboration with the China HQ.
- Able to use a CRM to manage the sales pipeline, and use AI tools to assist with client research, proposal creation, meeting notes, and partnership documentation.
- Based in Hong Kong, and able to handle frequent client visits, offline events, and weekend work when needed.
