About the Company
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Human Resources Specialist to oversee our human resources functions and office operations. In this role, you will act as a primary business partner, managing the employee lifecycle, coordinating with our Employer of Record (EOR) for payroll inputs, driving general HR initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office administration.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Human Resources Specialist to oversee our human resources functions and office operations. In this role, you will act as a primary business partner, managing the employee lifecycle, coordinating with our Employer of Record (EOR) for payroll inputs, driving general HR initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office administration.
Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top-tier talent aligned with company culture and growth goals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, write compelling job descriptions, and determine sourcing strategies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate stakeholder schedules, and manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
2. Payroll Support & EOR Liaison
- Compile, verify, and finalize monthly payroll attendance sheets, leave records, and variable compensation data.
- Act as the primary point of contact to liaise closely with our Employer of Record (EOR) to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Address and resolve any employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, or tax documents in coordination with the EOR provider.
3. HR Generalist Operations
- Serve as the go-to resource for employees and management regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, probation tracking, and maintenance of confidential personnel records.
- Support employee relations, performance management processes, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
4. Office Administration
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-resourced working environment.
- Manage relationships with office vendors, building management, and service providers (e.g., IT equipment, supplies, utilities).
- Coordinate office logistics, meetings, internal events, and facility maintenance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR especially Talent Acquisition role (startup team experience is a strong plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Familiarity with local labor laws and employment regulations.
- Experience working with Employer of Record (EOR) structures and managing attendance-to-payroll pipelines.
- Strong foundational knowledge of HR generalist functions (onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation).
