Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI-related projects end-to-end
• Drive projects toward business goals and measurable results
• Manage commercialization and operational deployment of AI products/services
• Coordinate with R&D, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams
• Define project objectives, execution plans, and priorities
• Analyze market trends and user needs; propose improvements
• Drive localization and operational optimization of AI services
• Manage KPIs and business performance analysis
• Coordinate resources and cross-functional communication

Qualifications

• Strong project management and business execution capabilities
• Experience in engineering, product, operations, marketing, or sales
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
• Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating AI products or AI services
• Marketing background preferred
• Experience in EdTech or internet platform industries preferred
• Experience driving commercialization initiatives preferred
• Startup or high-growth company experience preferred
• Ability to communicate in English or Chinese preferred
