Role Overview
This is a newly created role responsible for driving the overall business and product growth of our AI-powered education products in overseas markets. You will lead the AI product from 0→1 product launch to 1→N scalable growth, deeply integrating AI capabilities with educational use cases to achieve both user growth and monetization success.
We are looking for a hybrid leader who understands education, AI, product growth, and commercialization, and is excited to build and scale from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the overall product strategy and roadmap for AI education products, driving the application of AI across key scenarios such as teaching, conversion, and retention, while collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver product iterations
- Lead product growth and user acquisition in key markets, including but not limited to Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Vietnam, and Malaysia
- Build and optimize the full funnel from acquisition → conversion → retention → monetization, leveraging data to continuously improve core metrics such as ROI and conversion rates
- Take ownership of business outcomes including revenue, GMV, and paid conversion rates, and design market-specific monetization models (e.g., subscriptions, course packages, AI premium features). Drive integration between AI products and sales systems (e.g., sales enablement, automated conversion)
- Establish and manage core data metrics frameworks (e.g., DAU, CAC, LTV), using user behavior insights to continuously optimize product experience and learning outcomes
- Lead cross-functional teams across product, operations, and local markets, collaborating with both China HQ and overseas teams across time zones and cultures, ensuring effective localization strategies (language, content, user behavior)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Business, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in internet and/or education industries, with at least 2+ years of international or overseas market experience
- Hands-on experience with AI products, with a strong understanding of AI applications in education
- Proven ability to independently lead products from 0 to 1, with solid knowledge of growth methodologies and strong sensitivity to revenue and ROI, along with end-to-end commercialization experience
- Experience in global expansion / international markets is highly preferred
- Fluent in English (working language), with the ability to manage and collaborate with local teams
