About This Role
VIPKid is entering a new stage of global expansion powered by AI-driven products. We are looking for a Head of AI Growth & Marketing to lead the intersection of Growth, Brand, Product Marketing, and Global Strategy.
This is a strategic growth leadership position responsible for building a scalable global growth engine for our AI-powered learning products, driving user acquisition, product adoption, monetization, retention, and long-term brand leadership across international markets.
Job Responsibilities
Own Global AI Growth Strategy
- Define and lead the global growth roadmap for VIPKid’s AI-powered products across key international markets
- Own subscriber growth, revenue expansion, retention, and LTV:CAC performance globally
- Translate AI product capabilities into clear, differentiated global positioning
Architect the Full-Funnel Growth Engine
- Build and scale a full-funnel growth framework integrating Paid, Brand, CRM, Influencer, Partnerships, and Product-led Growth
- Design experimentation frameworks across acquisition, onboarding, activation, pricing, and retention
- Establish incrementality measurement systems and channel synergy strategies
Lead AI Product Marketing & Positioning
- Define global AI product narrative, messaging architecture, and value propositions
- Partner closely with Product and AI teams to align roadmap, feature launches, and market readiness
- Translate complex AI capabilities into compelling consumer and business messaging
- Drive launch strategies for new AI features and global market rollouts
Scale Performance & Creative Excellence
- Lead multi-million-dollar global performance marketing budgets across web and app
- Drive high creative velocity, integrating performance insights into brand storytelling
- Align brand strategy with measurable performance outcomes
Build Systems & Teams
- Build and mentor a multidisciplinary global team across Growth, Product Marketing, Performance, CRM, and Analytics
- Develop scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks for real-time global visibility
- Create repeatable playbooks for new market expansion
Job Requirements
- 8+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or commercialization roles
- Experience in EdTech, B2C AI SaaS / Subscription App and other AI firm is preferred
- Proven ownership of large-scale global marketing budgets and measurable growth outcomes
- Experience launching or scaling AI-powered products globally
- Deep hands-on experience in performance marketing, funnel optimization, lifecycle marketing, and experimentation
- Strong understanding of product-led growth models
- Ability to connect brand investment to subscriber growth and improved LTV:CAC
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Engineering teams
- Strong understanding of AI-driven product differentiation in competitive markets
- Experience managing distributed teams across regions
- Ability to balance centralized global strategy with local execution
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
