We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Executive to serve as the first point of contact for parents and students, converting enquiries and trial classes into enrolment. The role involves supporting student registrations, building strong relationships with parents, and ensuring smooth daily centre operations, while working closely with teachers and internal teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for walk-ins, trial bookings, and enquiries, delivering professional customer experience.
  • Convert leads into enrolments and provide excellent after-sales support.
  • Support new student sign-ups and advise parents on most suitable class options.
  • Maintain strong relationships with parents through regular follow-ups and updates.
  • Coordinate trial classes, track conversion rates, and support improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with teachers on class schedules, student progress, and feedback.
  • Handle daily centre administration, attendance, and operations efficiently.
  • Support marketing activities, events, and open houses to drive student enrolment.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in any field
  • Able to work with 3 weekdays and 2 weekends schedule and shift hours
  • Experience in education, retail, or service industry preferred (enrichment centre experience is a plus).
  • Well-organised, able to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, confident, and customer-focused with strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable with sales targets and motivated to grow enrolment numbers.
  • Positive team player with initiative and a proactive attitude.
  • Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
