Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Influencer and Partnerships Marketing Manager, located in Seoul, South Korea. The Influencer Marketing and Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, identifying and building relationships with key influencers, negotiating contracts, managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The manager will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with trends and effectively communicating with internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies
  • Creative storytelling and brand building abilities
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and campaign management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Korean speaker with proficiency in English
