We are seeking a Marketing Director - Growth & Brand to lead VIPKid’s brand and growth initiatives in the Saudi market. This role requires a strategic leader with strong local networks, proven marketing expertise, and the ability to build high-impact collaborations with advertising agencies, influencers, schools, and other key partners.

Brand Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute brand-building and content strategies aligned with VIPKid’s global vision.
• Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, influencers, offline events, and PR.

Performance Marketing & Optimization

• Monitor campaign results and optimize ROI.
• Work closely with the HQ marketing team to ensure seamless execution of global strategies in the Saudi market.

Influencer, Content & Social Media

• Build long-term influencer relationships to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
• Supervise influencer campaign content to ensure brand consistency and local market relevance.

Partnership Development

• Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with top advertising agencies, influencers, and community organizations.
• Leverage personal networks to create high-value collaborations that drive customer acquisition.

Event & Community Marketing

• Organize and manage events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
• Represent VIPKid in local educational and family-oriented events.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in marketing, partnerships, or brand management.
• Proven track record in influencer collaborations and advertising agency partnerships.
• Preferably with experience in the online Education industry

Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
• Existing network in the Saudi media, education, or consumer sectors.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
