We partner with colleges and universities across the country to launch industry-ready courses in high-growth fields like AI, Cybersecurity, and Data Analytics. We’re looking for a Partnerships Account Executive to join our growing team and help us scale our network of higher ed partners.
Location: NYC (onsite)
What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage a pipeline of colleges and universities across the U.S.
- Lead initial discovery calls per month with prospective partners
- Own the full sales cycle, from first meeting to signed agreement
- Land new partner institutions per quarter, with an emphasis on strategic growth
- Manage ongoing relationships, especially with our highest-impact college partners
- Deliver regular reporting and maintain consistent engagement across partner tiers
Compensation:
- Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission
- Uncapped commission tied directly to signed and launched partnerships with bonus incentives weighted toward account tiers

You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Have 2–5 years experience in partnerships, B2B sales, or business development
- Are scrappy, ambitious, and can close deals while building trust
- Thrive in a performance-based role with ownership over your results
- Expertise with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
