We are seeking a HubSpot and Paid Media Specialist with a strong understanding of CRM automation and paid social advertising. This role will focus on managing HubSpot workflows, automations, and reporting while also optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, highly detail-oriented, and thrives in an independent contributor (IC) role.
Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot CRM & Automation Management
- Set up, manage, and optimize HubSpot workflows, automation, sequences, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Pull and analyze reports to provide actionable insights for campaign improvements.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and maintain proper lead tracking and segmentation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to HubSpot workflows and integrations.
- Ensure regular maintenance and testing of Partner Microsites on HubSpot.
- Document processes to ensure scalability and redundancy within the team.
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement paid social media strategies across multiple channels, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Drive growth across various platforms, including Meta, Google, YouTube, programmatic media, Reddit, and mobile.
- Monitor and optimize paid media campaigns to improve CPL, ROI, and conversion rates.
- A/B test ad creatives, copy, and audience segments to maximize performance.
- Provide recommendations on improving lead quality and nurturing strategies based on data insights.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in paid media and HubSpot automation.
Collaboration & Content Optimization
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-performing ad assets.
- Ensure alignment between CRM automation and paid media strategies.
- Track campaign performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations.
- Support cross-functional teams by providing data insights for optimization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in HubSpot CRM management and paid media advertising.
- Strong expertise in HubSpot workflows, lead segmentation, and automation tools.
- Proven track record of managing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Experience in tracking and optimizing key marketing metrics such as CPL, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Strong analytical skills to extract insights from campaign performance data.
- Proficiency in A/B testing ad creatives, copy, and audience segmentation.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for HubSpot and CRM-related issues.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills to ensure workflow scalability.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with global teams.
