Where we work

Udemy is a global company headquartered in San Francisco, with additional U.S. offices in Denver and Austin, and international hubs in Australia, India, Ireland, Mexico, and Türkiye. This is an in-office position, requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

About your Skills

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ platform, including pricing strategies, approvals, and product bundles

  • Proficiency in APEX, Salesforce REST API, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  • Experience with complex data migrations and integrations using Salesforce and other systems.

About this role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ Developer to join our dynamic Salesforce team. This role is critical in developing and optimizing our CRM solutions to support the business as it scales. You will collaborate with other Salesforce developers, administrators, and business partners to design, build, and maintain innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform, focusing on CPQ. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our quoting processes, pricing strategies, and integration with other business systems.

What you'll be doing

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce CPQ platform, leveraging Apex, VisualForce, LWC, and Salesforce REST API

  • Lead agile development efforts, collaborating with a team to deliver new features and enhancements on the CRM system

  • Provide technical guidance for Salesforce CPQ projects, including pricing waterfall, advanced approvals, product bundles, and QCP

  • Manage integrations between Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Lightning, NetSuite, and other internal systems

  • Review and debug existing code to resolve support requests and improve system functionality

  • Collaborate with business system analysts to design and implement end-to-end technical automations

What you’ll have

  • 7+ years of experience in programming using Salesforce, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML.

  • 3+ years of solution architecture and design experience in Salesforce CPQ & Sales Cloud.

  • Proven track record of deploying Salesforce Lightning Framework, VisualForce, and APEX.

  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Communities.

  • Certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator

  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator

  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant

  • Salesforce Platform App Builder (Preferred)
