Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Handle and respond to emails, chat queries, and WhatsApp messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage inbound calls, understand queries, and respond effectively or route them to the right team.
• Maintain proper documentation and tracking of queries and resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, support, Ops) to ensure closure of requests.
• Follow defined processes and SLAs to ensure high-quality communication.
• Assist with basic reporting and operational tasks as needed.
