About The Role
Teachmint is seeking a confident, articulate, and digitally savvy woman professional to join our marketing team as the Brand Experience Manager. This high-visibility role will lead Teachmint’s brand presence across social media and video, shaping the brand’s voice, creating engaging content, and serving as the face of reels, explainers, and digital showcases.
Unlike a pure execution role, this position requires ownership and momentum - from ideation to on-camera delivery to publishing.
Responsibilities
Video Content & On-Camera Presence
Serve as the on-camera anchor for reels, explainers, product showcases, and testimonials.
Launch and own a consistent video/reel series aligned with Teachmint’s brand strategy
Plan and finalize scripts in advance; coordinate with the video team for smooth, timely production.
Experiment with styling and on-screen presence to enhance engagement and visual appeal.
Social Media Strategy & Messaging
Drive Teachmint’s brand voice and content pillars across all social platforms.
Collaborate with the Social Media personnel for scheduling and execution.
Write compelling copy for reels, product explainers, campaigns, and thought-leadership posts.
Use AI tools to speed up ideation, scripting, and content refinement.
Event Representation & Branding
Support messaging and branding for select events, expos, and summits.
Represent Teachmint on-ground or as an emcee when required.
Host video testimonials at events by interviewing existing and potential customers.
Requirements
Candidate Profile:
4–7 years of experience in brand, content, or digital-first roles with proven social media and video expertise.
Strong on-camera experience (reels, corporate explainers, YouTube, product showcases) – portfolio required.
Fluent in English and Hindi with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High sense of ownership with ability to deliver consistently in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled in script planning, cross-functional coordination, and execution speed.
Familiarity with AI tools, Canva, Google Suite, and video scripting.
Nice To Have
Background in EdTech, advertising agencies, experiential marketing, or consumer tech/startups.
Prior experience hosting/emceeing events.
