- Qualify potential accounts through outreach calls, emails, and other sales channels.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.
- Proactively engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and present suitable solutions during the outbound calls/product demo.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve offerings.
- Passionate about selling products remotely through phone calls, emails, video conferencing, and other digital communication tools to engage with both potential and existing customers.
- Proficient in Hindi and English spoken language.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under stress and pressure.
