Section is looking for AI Platform Specialists to help enterprises unlock the full power of their LLM of choice.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert who guides teams on how to move beyond “just trying AI” to truly embedding it into their day-to-day work. You’ll lead workshops, host office hours, and advise on workflow redesign—helping employees become confident, effective, and innovative users of platforms like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and Glean.

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on how to use at least one LLM as a knowledge worker

  • Must be an expert on at least ChatGPT or Microsoft CoPilot and preferably on more than one enterprise LLM

• Facilitate weekly AI office hours sessions with client employees to provide real-time advice and guidance in the company’s LLM of choice

• Lead and facilitate live workshops on how to build Custom GPTs, CoPilot Agents, Glean Agents and/or Gemini Gems

• Lead and facilitate additional custom workshops for clients that dig into the advanced capabilities of these platforms and agentic workflows (i.e. Building GPTs with Connectors)

• Stay up-to-date on the capabilities, models, and functionality of the platforms you’re an expert in

• Develop and curate internal documentation, best practices, and knowledge resources on how to use these platforms to scale AI adoption organization-wide

• Advise Section Workflow Redesigners on advanced platform capabilities as needed
  

Required Qualifications:

• You’ve built 10s or 100s of Custom GPTs, CoPilot Agents, Relay, or similar

• You’re a power user of the platform(s) of your choice, leveraging the most advanced off-the-shelf integrations that a knowledge worker (non technical) has access to

• You’ve taught others how to create a Custom GPT, CoPilot Agent, or similar, even if it was a colleague or friend

• You have strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills – we’ll feel confident putting you in front of client teams

• You’re quick on your feet and can think through the answers to ad-hoc questions live

• You’ve embedded AI in your own workflows as a knowledge worker and can speak to this experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• You’ve taught formal workshops or sessions on how to leverage GPT, CoPilot, Glean, or similar platforms

• You’ve been in a client facing role, with midmarket or large enterprise accounts

• Experience in and ability to build out agentic workflows
