As part of our growth, we are looking for AI Workflow Redesigners to help clients vet and choose high-impact workflows that warrant total redesign with AI and then execute and implement those redesigns by building agentic workflows that leverage LLMs, Zapier, n8n, and other similar tools.
In this role, you’ll need interviewing chops to deeply understand existing workflows and the end state/ output required, building skills to prototype in tools such as GPT, Gemini, Copilot, Zapier, n8n, and more, and the strategic chops to identify pilot success metrics and assess the ROI needed to justify these investments.
You’ll need to work “high-low” advising senior clients while also building solutions. It goes without saying, but you MUST be an AI builder yourself – we want to hear about the custom GPTs and automations you’ve built, your experience testing new vibe coding solutions, and other similar experiences.
In 3 years, we believe every organization will have AI Workflow Redesigners inside their teams – this is an opportunity to pioneer this role with a range of clients across industries and functions.
What you’ll do
Serve as the lead workflow redesigner for clients that purchase workflow redesign services
Host workshops with clients to identify potential workflows ripe for AI redesign
Interview employees to deeply understand existing workflows, pain points, and output requirements
Build provisional business cases to assess the potential ROI and success metrics of a workflow redesign
Build pilot plans for workflow redesigns including the minimum viable solution required, target success metrics, timeframe, and scope of employees included
Create AI workflow maps that define human vs. AI roles in the redesigned workflow
Build agentic workflow prototypes in using platforms like GPT, Gemini, Copilot Studio, Zapier, n8n, and more that automate portions of new AI workflows
Train employees on the new tools and workflows you’ve redesigned and help them troubleshoot challenges or problems
Measure and communicate the results of your programs to clients
Who you are
AI builder: You’re constantly building your own AI prototypes either for yourself or clients and have significant experience with at least some of the platforms mentioned above; you’re also always the first to find and test new solutions in this space
Napkin math: You can quickly think through the potential ROI of new workflows, asking the right questions to get to current time, cost, and quality metrics and identifying what level of return would justify the level of investment needed
Direct communicator: You’ll sometimes be telling clients “we built this prototype, and it didn’t work – we can’t get to the level of quality needed with this budget/tool set/resources” – so you need to be confident making these calls and clear in your communication
High-Low: You’ll thrive in an environment where you have to help senior leaders think about justifying ROI and build your own AI solutions
Results-oriented: You’ll be relentless and creative in measuring the success of your new workflows, and how you communicate that ROI (or not) to your clients
BONUS: You’ve actually redesigned workflows for your own company or your own clients
Compensation
Salary: $150-180K OTE based on experience
