As part of our growth, we are looking for AI Adoption Leads to accelerate meaningful AI adoption inside our client organizations. As an AI adoption lead, you’ll be embedded with our clients, running programs that get 80% of desk workers using LLMs and other AI tools to their fullest capabilities every day. You’ll facilitate AI champions programs, program lunch & learns and live events, build AI use case libraries, write messaging and comms, and more.
You’ll need to work “high-low” advising senior clients on their adoption programs while executing on the ground with their employees. You also must be an AI power user, fluent in AI tools and LLMs and how they can drive efficiency for knowledge workers (and using AI to make this role more efficient and effective).
In 3 years, we believe every organization will have AI Adoption Leads inside their teams – this is an opportunity to pioneer this role with a range of clients across industries and functions.
What you’ll do:
Serve as the lead project and program manager for AI adoption programs for our clients
Plan and execute change management programs for clients to increase AI adoption – lunch and learns, hackathons, slack channels, champions programs, etc.
Build AI use case libraries, including sourcing, vetting, writing or filming use cases, and setting up central repositories on client systems
Identify and execute new change management programs or initiatives for your clients, based on what you learn when working with them
Write messaging and communications for the client to increase attendance at your programs or other AI initiatives at the client
Build enablement materials like toolkits, guides, and FAQs to enable grassroots change
Increase adoption of ProfAI, Section’s AI-powered coach by hosting events, writing messaging, and advising the client on what they need to do to increase adoption
Coordinate with cross-functional client stakeholders (e.g., Leadership, champions, HR, IT, communications, etc.) to align on goals and drive progress
Measure and communicate the results of your programs to clients using survey data, LLM usage data, or other sources available
Who you are:
AI power user: You’re constantly using and experimenting with multiple LLMs or AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, NotebookLM, Deep Research, n8n, etc.; you need to be a credible AI expert on these tools for both your client and the employees you’re leading
Change management: Experience running change management programs as either a consultant or inside an organization (bonus if you’ve already led an AI adoption/activation program)
Great writer and communicator: You’ll create your own decks for the client, writing messaging for the client to use, and interfacing with senior clients every day
High-Low: You’ll thrive in an environment where you get to decide what the overall change management program for a client should be, and then you have to execute it
Results-oriented: You’ll be relentless and creative in measuring the success of your programs, and how you communicate adoption and ROI to your clients
Creative problem solver: When you see a challenge or opportunity, your instinct is to test a solution, even if it’s one we haven’t done before – you’ll start from a menu of potential solutions to increase AI adoption, but you’ll need to come up with your own client-specific solution once you’re embedded with our clients
Employee-focused: Laser focused on how change lands in the real world. Every message, initiative, or resources you build starts from the employee’s POV. Their time, their workflows, their motivations. You know how to anticipate resistance and amplify successes, and make it your goal to design messaging, nudges, and support that actually shifts behavior
BONUS: You’ve led programs for your own organization or other organizations specifically to increase AI or LLM adoption
Compensation
Salary: $140K-$160K OTE based on experience
