HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Technical Sourcer to join its world-class talent team and help scale recruiting efforts across critical engineering organizations.

In this role, you’ll drive sourcing strategy and talent pipeline development for a diverse set of systems engineering and technical positions. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract top technical talent while helping shape long-term pipeline strategies for rapidly growing teams.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, technically curious, and experienced sourcing for complex technical roles within fast-paced environments.

As a Technical Sourcer, you'll:
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technical talent across systems engineering and related technical disciplines.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, talent mapping, networking, and market research activities.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and long-term talent priorities.
  • Conduct candidate outreach and initial qualification conversations to assess technical alignment, experience, and overall fit.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, tools, and recruiting platforms to identify passive and active candidates.
  • Track pipeline activity, market insights, and sourcing metrics to support recruiting strategy and operational planning.
  • Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and hiring landscape feedback to recruiting and business stakeholders.
  • Help improve sourcing processes, candidate engagement strategies, and pipeline development initiatives across the recruiting organization.
  • Travel domestically as needed to support fleet operations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle sourcing or technical recruiting experience
  • Experience sourcing for technical, engineering, or systems-focused roles
  • Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and assess candidates for both technical and behavioral alignment
  • Strong understanding of technical skill sets, engineering organizations, and relevant industry talent markets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed to support recruiting activities and team initiatives

Bonus Qualifications:
  • Experience recruiting or sourcing for systems engineering, software engineering, or infrastructure-related roles
  • Experience working within agency recruiting or in-house technical sourcing organizations
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior engineering leadership
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and talent intelligence platforms
