HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find an experienced Recruiter to join its team.
In this role, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of positions ranging from entry-level to experienced hires across functions including Finance, Legal, Facilities, Safety, Product, Communications, Marketing, Manufacturing Operations, and Fleet Operations. You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to attract and hire top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, highly organized, and experienced managing full-cycle recruiting within competitive and evolving industries.
As a Recruiter, you'll:
As a Recruiter, you'll:
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and close.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Proactively source and engage passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, external sourcing tools, networking, and market research techniques.
- Screen resumes, conduct candidate interviews, and guide candidates through a high-quality interview experience.
- Lead interview debriefs and partner with hiring teams and leadership to drive hiring decisions and candidate selection.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across a variety of corporate, operations, and product-related functions.
- Track recruiting activity, pipeline metrics, and hiring progress within recruiting systems and tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and operational efficiency across the hiring lifecycle.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within competitive or fast-paced industries
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for corporate, operations, product, or business-related functions
- Proven success sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Strong experience partnering directly with hiring managers and leadership teams
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously in evolving environments
- Strong candidate assessment skills, including evaluation of technical, functional, and behavioral alignment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience using Lever or similar applicant tracking systems to manage pipelines, reporting, and recruiting workflows
- Passion for autonomous vehicles, robotics, electric mobility, or emerging technologies
- Experience supporting high-growth or startup environments
