HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find an IT Operations Specialist to support its Technical Operations (TechOps) function within a real-time Fusion Center environment.
In this role, you’ll help support and improve the technical backbone of live operational systems within a fast-paced, mission-critical operations center. You’ll work closely with operations, infrastructure, DevOps, and engineering teams to document workflows, identify process improvements, and support operational efficiency across real-time systems and environments.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and documentation skills with hands-on experience in systems, networking, and operational support workflows.

As an IT Operations Specialist, you'll:
- Observe, document, and analyze live operational workflows, system dependencies, and technical interactions.
- Map technical processes and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and operational improvement opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to streamline workflows and support operational readiness.
- Develop clear technical documentation, process maps, operational procedures, and improvement recommendations.
- Communicate findings, issues, and operational updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support troubleshooting and operational coordination activities within real-time systems environments.
Requirements
- Strong technical documentation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Windows workstation support
- Real-time operations or command-center environments
- TCP/IP networking or systems administration
- Web application or infrastructure troubleshooting
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, mission-critical operational environments
- Ability to pass a background check for secure facility access
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience in NOC, SOC, operations center, or similar 24x7 support environments
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms
- Experience collaborating with DevOps or infrastructure teams
- 5+ years of relevant technical or operational support experience
