Job description
HireArt is helping our client find an Electro Mechanical Assembler to join their Longueuil team.
In this role, you’ll support production operations by assembling mechanical and electronic products at workstation-based assembly stations to help meet production goals and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Bilingual communication skills in French and English are strongly preferred to support collaboration with teams inside and outside of Quebec.
As an Electro Mechanical Assembler, you will:
As an Electro Mechanical Assembler, you will:
- Assemble cassettes, kiosks, and related electro-mechanical products according to production requirements.
- Inspect incoming parts and components to ensure compliance with quality standards before assembly.
- Monitor inventory and tooling levels on the production line and report shortages or discrepancies as needed.
- Perform basic mechanical testing on new parts and assemblies when required.
- Follow assembly instructions, production schedules, and quality procedures to ensure accurate and timely completion of work.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation environment.
Requirements
- A high school diploma
- At least 1 year of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a similar production role
- Fluency in French
- Ability to read assembly drawings and follow simple work instructions
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with minimal errors
- Reliable time management and adherence to production schedules
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously improve
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with English-speaking colleagues outside Quebec
Commitment: This is a full-time, 3-month contract position staffed via HireArt. The role is onsite and available to candidates local to the Longueuil, Quebec, Canada area.
