HireArt is helping our client find an AWS Marketplace Partnership Operations Specialist to support the operational success and growth of strategic AWS partnership programs.
In this role, you’ll help drive operational excellence across AWS Marketplace activities, pipeline management, software partner operations, and cross-functional coordination. You’ll support accurate marketplace reporting, pipeline visibility, transaction processing, and operational process improvements that strengthen partnership performance and scalability.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and proactive, with experience managing partnership operations, marketplace workflows, CRM systems, and cross-functional stakeholder communication in fast-paced SaaS or cloud-focused environments.

Marketplace & Pipeline Operations
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for AWS Marketplace transactions, operational processes, and issue resolution.
- Support marketplace transaction processing, billing validation, and opportunity management in partnership with finance, AWS PEMs, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, CRM, and marketplace data across systems such as Salesforce and WorkSpan.
- Generate recurring transaction, pipeline, and operational performance reports.
Systems, Reporting & Process Management
- Support the implementation, testing, maintenance, and adoption of software solutions related to AWS partnership operations.
- Create and maintain operational documentation, testing procedures, and process workflows.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and partnership visibility.
- Prepare and distribute recurring status updates and operational reports to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Operations Support
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support operational initiatives, software deployments, and partnership activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for AWS Marketplace operational issues, audits, and process escalations.
- Support cross-functional communication, meeting coordination, operational troubleshooting, compliance activities, and budget tracking as needed.
Requirements
- Experience with AWS Marketplace or similar B2B marketplace platforms preferred
- Experience with CRM and pipeline management tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Strong proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within global teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting software implementations, operational workflows, or project coordination efforts
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, SaaS business models, and partnership operations
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace and Slack
- Strong documentation, process mapping, and operational reporting skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with contract management, compliance processes, and basic financial reporting concepts preferred
Commitment: This is a full-time, 6-month contract position (with the possibility of extension) staffed via HireArt. It will be onsite and available to candidates local to the Mexico City, MX area.
