What You’ll Do
- Review, draft, and redline a variety of commercial agreements.
- Advise clients on contract terms, risk exposure, and negotiation strategies.
- Deliver precise, high-quality legal work with efficient turnaround times.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor in Australia, in good standing
- 5+ years of experience focused on commercial contracts
- Experience at a top-tier law firm or as in-house counsel at a technology company
- Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
- Active professional liability (malpractice) insurance
Commitment: This is a project-based, ongoing independent contractor position staffed via HireArt. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Australia. Candidates must be a qualified solicitor in Australia, in good standing.
