HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Technical Recruiter to join its high-performing recruiting team and support hiring across a range of technical functions, including artificial intelligence and software engineering.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and own the full recruiting lifecycle—from defining hiring requirements and sourcing talent to managing interviews and closing candidates. You’ll play a key role in helping scale world-class engineering teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative, proactive recruiter with strong interpersonal skills, technical recruiting expertise, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
As a Technical Recruiter, you'll:
As a Technical Recruiter, you'll:
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and candidate profiles.
- Source and engage top technical talent through LinkedIn and other creative sourcing channels.
- Evaluate candidates for both technical aptitude and cultural alignment.
- Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and leadership teams.
- Manage the offer process in partnership with hiring managers, leadership, and HR stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and enhance the candidate experience.
- Serve as a brand ambassador throughout the recruiting process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry
- Experience sourcing, screening, and closing technical candidates
- Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidates for both technical and behavioral fit
- Strong knowledge of technical hiring landscapes, relevant skill sets, and target talent markets
- Excellent communication, consultative, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency sourcing through LinkedIn and alternative recruiting channels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Bonus Qualifications:
- Interest in the autonomous vehicle or electric vehicle industry
- Experience leveraging ATS platforms (e.g., Lever) to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines
- Experience working in an agency recruiting environment
- Experience recruiting for complex technical roles across software, AI, or engineering functions
