HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Telecommunications Network Administrator to manage the lifecycle of telecommunications services across the organization.
In this role, you’ll ensure reliable, timely network connectivity as the company expands into new locations. You’ll serve as a key liaison between IT, Facilities, Procurement, and external telecom providers, supporting new site deployments while partnering with Network Engineering on ongoing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in managing telecom vendors and network provisioning in fast-paced environments.

- Manage end-to-end delivery of telecom services, including MACD (Move, Add, Change, Disconnect) requests across broadband, DIA, fiber, EPL, and WISP circuits.
- Identify connectivity needs and oversee ordering and provisioning with telecom carriers and service providers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, Lumen), managing order submissions, installation scheduling, SLA adherence, and issue resolution.
- Oversee circuit turn-up and activation, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and project timelines.
- Configure and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) to support external circuit integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve circuit-level issues, particularly during testing and deployment phases.
- Partner with network engineering on project rollouts and ongoing operational support.
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of all circuits, including IDs, locations, costs, and contract terms.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a telecommunications or network administration role
- Proven ability to manage vendor and carrier relationships and meet aggressive deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in tracking circuit data, billing accuracy, and delivery timelines
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF)
- Familiarity with telecom circuit types (e.g., fiber, EPL, wave, dark fiber, broadband, DIA)
