HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Test Engineer (RiderDash, Concierge, and CoreDash) to support manual release validation, vehicle mission testing, and test automation.
In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases across multiple environments while contributing to the development and maintenance of Playwright-based automated test cases.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in both manual and automated testing within fast-paced environments.
As a Test Engineer (RiderDash, Concierge, and CoreDash), you'll:

- Develop, maintain, and expand Playwright automation test cases to improve regression coverage and efficiency.
- Perform manual testing across RiderDash, Concierge, and CoreDash features, including releases, hotfixes, and pre-merge validations.
- Conduct vehicle mission testing and provide detailed reporting and analysis of outcomes.
- Utilize AI tools to improve testing processes and efficiency.
- Support ZPT triage by identifying, reproducing, and verifying defects across Dev, Staging, and Production environments.
- Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and product managers to ensure thorough test coverage and release readiness.
- Provide QA sign-off for releases, ensuring all validation meets defined quality standards.
- Document test results, maintain traceability to requirements, and track issues through resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation efforts.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience as a QA engineer, with experience testing complex applications
- Experience with testing tools such as Jira and TestRail
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript
- Experience with Playwright automation
