  • Ensure clear, consistent communication between Zoox and suppliers regarding quality expectations and issues.
  • Review supplier quality documentation for prototype and production parts and provide feedback.
  • Develop and maintain control plans and PFMEAs, conduct audits, and drive gap closure.

  • Improve supplier quality processes, including assessments, supplier management, part approvals, and corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and improving quality systems
  • Experience with problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, 8D, Pareto analysis, DOE, fishbone analysis)
  • Experience with quality tools (e.g., process flow diagrams, PFMEA, control plans, SPC, MSA, process capability)
  • Experience with manufacturing processes such as PCBA, wiring harnesses, electromechanical assemblies, or electrical components

  • Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 9000 and IATF 16949
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Bonus Qualifications:
