Job description

HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire an Operations Logistics Associate to support manufacturing and warehouse operations.

In this role, you’ll support end-to-end material flow, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to process improvements that ensure efficient operations and a high-quality internal customer experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment.

As an Operations Logistics Associate, you'll:
  • Execute warehouse material flow processes from dock to production and shipping using various transport methods (e.g., forklift, manual movement).
  • Use warehouse systems to track inventory, manage parts data, and process material movements.
  • Monitor material needs for assigned production areas and pull inventory to support production schedules.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through physical counts and system analysis.
  • Follow all warehouse safety standards, including proper use of PPE.
  • Maintain 5S standards to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  • Uncrate and prepare critical components for assembly teams.
  • Support storage and handling of indirect materials for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, production, and operations teams to ensure timely material delivery.
  • Demonstrate initiative and ownership in resolving issues and improving processes.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 6-8 years of related experience
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen
  • Must comply with the Substance Abuse Policy
