The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

As a Logistics Operations Associate, you'll:
  • Receive incoming materials, perform physical and visual inspections, and verify documentation.
  • Process internal transfers, pick work orders, and deliver parts to the production line.
  • Ship and receive materials while ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Triage incoming materials for rework or scrap.
  • Execute MRP transactions in SAP, including work orders, inventory transfers, and shipping/receiving.
  • Communicate with production and engineering teams to resolve receiving issues and discrepancies.
  • Support material planning by tracking pending parts and following up on orders.
  • Maintain organized and clean warehouse, receiving, and inventory areas.
  • Ensure all quality documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Troubleshoot material flow issues and remove processing roadblocks.
  • Report on inventory levels, throughput, and overall material status.
  • Support occasional work at the Fremont/Kato site for training or coverage as needed.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced or startup environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, and perform repetitive movements throughout the day
  • Ability to reach, crouch, crawl, stoop, kneel, climb, and balance as needed
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 25+ pounds

Benefits:
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
  • Employer (HireArt) Subsidized healthcare benefits (eligibility begins on the first of the month following 60 days of service)
  • Flexible Spending Account for healthcare-related costs
  • HireArt covers all costs for short and long-term disability and life insurance
  • 401k package

Commitment: This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt. It will be onsite and available to candidates who are local to the Foster City, CA area.
