Job description
HireArt is helping our client find a Contingent Workforce Coordinator to support the management and operations of their contingent workforce program.
In this role, you’ll coordinate with vendors to manage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews across multiple formats, and support the full contingent worker lifecycle. You’ll partner with hiring teams to meet staffing goals and identify opportunities to improve hiring processes.
The ideal candidate has experience scheduling interviews and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong organizational and communication skills, along with familiarity using applicant tracking and vendor management systems.
As a Contingent Workforce Coordinator, you'll:
In this role, you’ll coordinate with vendors to manage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews across multiple formats, and support the full contingent worker lifecycle. You’ll partner with hiring teams to meet staffing goals and identify opportunities to improve hiring processes.
The ideal candidate has experience scheduling interviews and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong organizational and communication skills, along with familiarity using applicant tracking and vendor management systems.
As a Contingent Workforce Coordinator, you'll:
- Coordinate with vendors to manage candidate pipelines and scheduling to meet hiring targets.
- Schedule interviews (onsite, virtual, and phone) in partnership with hiring managers and the CW specialist.
- Identify and fix inefficiencies in the interview and hiring process.
- Maintain accurate data and updates in internal systems.
- Support the full contingent worker lifecycle, including onboarding, extensions, and offboarding.
- Assist with additional contingent workforce program tasks as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of interview scheduling experience, preferably in the Contingent Workforce space
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and stay professional under pressure
- Strong relationship-building skills with both vendors and internal teams
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Lever or similar applicant tracking systems
- Experience with vendor management systems
