HireArt is helping our client find a People Operations Generalist to support the development, management, and improvement of people data and reporting.
In this role, you’ll optimize HR systems, implement scalable processes, and ensure data accuracy to support business decisions. You’ll also serve as a point of contact for employees on matters related to rotations, benefits, leaves of absence, and time off.

As a People Operations Generalist, you will:
In this role, you’ll optimize HR systems, implement scalable processes, and ensure data accuracy to support business decisions. You’ll also serve as a point of contact for employees on matters related to rotations, benefits, leaves of absence, and time off.

As a People Operations Generalist, you will:
- Lead the development, enhancement, and management of People data and reporting, making sure we have accurate and actionable insights for decision-making.
- Optimize People systems and workflows across Rippling, Carta, Greenhouse, JIRA, PAVE, and more.
- Own and manage our rotation and mobility program, shaping strategy, policies, and process improvements while addressing employee inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Point of contact for employee questions and matters related to rotations, benefits, leaves of absence, and time off.
- Generate comprehensive reporting and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Other People or general operations responsibilities as required by the People team on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a People or HR-related role
- Strong attention to detail with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes
- Proactive problem-solver who identifies gaps and takes initiative to address them
Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree
- Experience in high-growth technology companies, particularly in automotive or autonomous vehicle industries
- Direct involvement in scaling startups from early-stage to larger organizational structures
- Experience with HRIS systems, people analytics tools, and large datasets
