HireArt is helping our client find a Senior Business Systems Manager to lead the architecture of its corporate data ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll design and manage a scalable, integrated data environment that connects finance, HR, and planning systems to provide a unified, real-time view of global operations. You’ll ensure systems such as Oracle NetSuite, Workday, and Pigment are seamlessly integrated, enabling accurate reporting, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making at scale.
The ideal candidate is a highly technical leader with deep experience in enterprise systems, integrations, and data architecture and a proven ability to bridge business needs with scalable technical solutions.

As a Senior Business Systems Manager, you'll:
- Design, build, and maintain integrations across core enterprise systems, including Oracle NetSuite (ERP), Workday (HRIS), and Pigment (FP&A).
- Develop and manage data pipelines and API-driven architectures to ensure data integrity and real-time synchronization.
- Partner with Finance and People Operations to automate workflows and reduce manual processes.
- Lead the evaluation, implementation, and management of iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato, Tray.io, MuleSoft) to standardize integrations across global systems.
- Define and maintain enterprise data standards and integration protocols to ensure a consistent source of truth for key business metrics.
- Identify and resolve system bottlenecks, ensuring reliable reporting and forecasting with minimal downtime.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in enterprise architecture, mentoring team members on best practices and scalability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business systems engineering, enterprise architecture, or a related integration-focused role
- Deep experience with Oracle NetSuite and Workday APIs, including system integrations, migrations, or large-scale implementations
- Experience with planning tools such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive Insights
- Proficiency with at least one iPaaS platform (e.g., Workato, Tray.io, Boomi)
- Strong scripting or query skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL) for custom integrations
- Solid understanding of finance processes (e.g., general ledger, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash) and HR systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable, reliable system architectures
Nice to Have:
- Experience in high-growth or pre-IPO environments (e.g., SOX readiness)
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and lead-to-revenue workflows
- Certifications in NetSuite (SuiteCloud Developer) or Workday (Integration Consultant)
- Experience with data warehousing and BI tools (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, Looker)
