Job description
HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire Labeling Technicians to support the development and maintenance of high-quality map data.
In this role, you’ll create and validate semantic road network data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with real-world conditions to support autonomous vehicle operations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and analytical, with strong time management and communication skills. You are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
As a Labeling Technician, you'll:
As a Labeling Technician, you'll:
- Create and maintain semantic road network data.
- Ensure map content aligns with road geometry and established data standards.
- Validate map data for accuracy, consistency, and real-world correctness.
- Meet deadlines while contributing to high-priority company objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve mapping-related issues.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong ability to interpret and analyze mapping or spatial data
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet critical deadlines
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
- Collaborative mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly with spatial data
Bonus Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in data labeling, annotation, or quality assurance
- Background in mapping, cartography, or map data validation
- Interest in autonomous vehicle technology or geospatial systems
