HireArt is helping a global leader in AI development find an FP&A Systems Analyst to support and scale its financial planning infrastructure.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for administering and enhancing the FP&A platform (Fintastic), maintaining integrations across systems, and supporting key financial and headcount management tools.

As an FP&A Systems Analyst, you'll:
FP&A Platform Ownership (Primary Focus)
As an FP&A Systems Analyst, you'll:
FP&A Platform Ownership (Primary Focus)
- Develop, administer, and optimize the Fintastic FP&A platform to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Design and maintain financial models, including formulas, workflows, and system configurations.
- Support potential system transitions (e.g., Pigment), including implementation, data migration, and optimization.
Financial & Workforce Systems Administration
- Provide administrative support for Team Ohana (headcount management platform) and Maxima (accounting software) (~5% of time).
- Partner with Finance and People teams to ensure accurate headcount tracking and alignment with financial reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and People teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
- Support ongoing process improvements and system enhancements.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling principles
- Hands-on experience with financial planning tools such as Pigment, Anaplan, Fintastic, or Adaptive, including model design, formula development, and system configuration
- Experience managing or supporting financial systems and data workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience implementing or maintaining workforce planning or headcount management systems
- Background supporting system migrations or tool transitions
- Familiarity with accounting systems and financial reporting processes
- Solid technical foundation in SQL (or similar), including experience with data modeling, transformations, and integrations
- Ability to work three days per week onsite in the San Francisco office
