HireArt is helping our client find an Administrative Business Partner, Autonomy to support senior leadership within a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

In this role, you’ll provide high-level administrative and operational support to directors and senior directors, helping the Autonomy team stay organized, aligned, and efficient. You’ll manage complex scheduling, coordinate key initiatives, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives under pressure. You bring exceptional attention to detail, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority requests simultaneously. You operate with a high level of integrity and discretion and are comfortable supporting senior leaders in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

As an Administrative Business Partner, Autonomy, you'll:
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings end-to-end, including preparation, logistics, and note-taking.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities such as booking domestic and international travel, expense reporting, and managing executive calendars.
  • Support project and event coordination, including planning, tracking, and execution.
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations by proactively identifying needs and resolving issues.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to support a growing, cross-functional team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, and Apple products

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High level of discretion and experience handling confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn quickly and take initiative
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders, including executives, boards, or public officials
