HireArt is looking for a talented Worker Experience Specialist to join our Worker Experience Team, and provide Human Resources and People Operations support to HireArt contract workers in Dallas, TX. This is a hybrid position in which you'll be dedicated to resolving worker inquiries, and ensuring workers and HireArt clients have a positive work experience. You’ll also work to identify the root cause of problems and their solutions in a highly efficient and professional manner.

You will need to think critically about the contractor experience to anticipate the needs of our contract workers and our client. This includes identifying areas of process improvement and making process/product suggestions to create the best experience for all users of our platform. Day to day, the Worker Experience Specialist will use strong prioritization and time management skills to create a joyous employment experience in a highly autonomous environment.

As a Worker Experience Specialist you’ll:
  • Ensure workers are day-one ready by providing thoughtful, thorough, and clear pre-start communications, as well as critical details and answering any questions
  • Field Tier 1 and Tier 2 inbound inquiries (via email, chat, in person, or phone) on topics including but not limited to payroll, timesheets, PTO, and benefits
  • Support HR efforts by conducting coaching sessions and escalating issues where necessary
  • Conduct and process worker discipline discussions and terminations
  • Coordinate mass communications to workers in partnership with the Operations team, Account Management, and other departments
  • Support the annual benefits open enrollment process
  • Help improve, create, and implement process improvements and best practices
  • Identify trends in employee feedback and provide insight into morale on site to management
  • Participate in cross-functional work with our Product, Account Management, Finance, Payroll, and other teams, as required.
  • Be a driver of and contribute to a positive and safe work culture on-site
  • Provide on-site leadership representing HireArt’s brand and values.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous experience in the HR field providing direct people support
  • Experience conducting performance feedback and termination conversations
  • Well-versed in Google Sheets and data validation tools
  • Compassionate, empathetic, respectful, and kind
  • Self-organizing, proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented
  • Effective time management, prioritization, listening, and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Able to think critically about business issues and make thoughtful recommendations
  • Basic understanding of Zendesk, Slack, Google Suite, and other useful tools for organizational success

HireArt offers a benefits package that includes:
  • HireArt provides a generous allowance toward Medical insurance through an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) program
    • 100% employer-covered insurance premiums for Dental, and Vision insurance for worker, spouse, and children
    • Life and disability insurance
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Work-from-home stipends, including:
    • Workspace/home office set-up
    • Company supplied Apple laptop
    • Phone/internet stipend
  • Uncapped PTO, including paid office holidays
  • 401(K) through Fidelity

This is a hybrid (3 days on-site), full-time, permanent position with HireArt. It is open to candidates who reside and are authorized to work in the United States, and are able to work during Central Time Zone business hours. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer sponsorships or do corp-to-corp.

HireArt values diversity and is an Equal Opportunity Employer, which is why we are interested in every qualified candidate, regardless of their background, how they identify, or their inclusion in any protected class.

Company description

HireArt's mission is to make it easy for companies to build and manage a world-class contract workforce.

Today, mid-sized companies with contract workforces must navigate significant legal, financial, talent acquisition, and operational complexities to build and manage these workforces on a global scale. In most cases, they rely on a stack of point solutions: agencies to source and employ talent, a software system to track workers and agencies (VMS), and a service to provide day-to-day management of the program (MSP). The default contract workforce stack doesn’t provide much visibility into or control over the workforce, because the pieces of the stack don’t integrate well together, resulting in massive administrative headaches and frustration for companies.

HireArt’s delightful intersection of humans and software provide all of the tooling needed for mid-sized companies to hire contractors anywhere in the world compliantly, and contract workers to have as great an experience as full-time employees have day-to-day.
