HireArt is helping our client find a Sr. Technical Product Manager - Operations Software (Robot Startup) to lead the development and optimization of software systems that power robot operations at scale.
In this role, you’ll own and evolve a portfolio of operations-focused software products, driving strategy, roadmap, and execution to improve system performance, reliability, and overall fleet efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a technically strong product manager who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments. You are curious, systems-minded, and skilled at driving alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
As a Sr Technical Product Manager, you'll:
As a Sr Technical Product Manager, you'll:
- Own and steward the operations software product line, including defining vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Identify opportunities to improve how robotic systems are deployed, utilized, and maintained.
- Partner closely with design, engineering, and technical program management to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact features.
- Translate operational challenges into scalable software solutions and product requirements.
- Define and track key metrics to measure system health, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and execution across stakeholders in engineering, operations, and leadership.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of product management experience
- Proven experience owning products across the full product lifecycle
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand backend systems, APIs, web applications, and technical tradeoffs
- Experience driving collaboration and influencing outcomes across cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to break down complex systems and translate them into clear product strategies
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience managing products in robotics, automation, or operations-focused software environments
- Experience working closely with operations or maintenance teams
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Experience scaling products in fast-growing or complex organizations
- Strong ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts
