HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Tooling Administrator to support the tooling operations required to scale production of the company’s robot platform.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with tooling engineers and sourcing managers to support the development, tracking, and delivery of manufacturing tooling. You’ll help ensure tooling programs stay on schedule by coordinating with suppliers, monitoring timing reports, and maintaining dashboards that provide visibility into tooling progress.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with a strong track record of effective communication and cross-functional collaboration. This person is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and is proficient with both Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools, including advanced data analysis and formula implementation.

As a Tooling Administrator, you'll:
  • Provide comprehensive documentation support for the tooling department.
  • Liaise with suppliers to collect and transfer data to the company reporting systems in Google Docs.
  • Develop dashboards for presentations and reports to the tooling team and departmental management.
  • Contribute to the automation of the tooling workflow, identifying process efficiencies and automating key tasks.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings to present and document progress updates and gather key insights.
  • Prepare monthly reports for VP/Director review.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite for data analysis and formula implementation
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Capacity to interpret and present data to teams and senior management
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication and collaboration
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities
  • Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industries is preferred
