Job description
HireArt is helping our client find a Client Services Engineer to support employee-facing technical services across the organization.
In this role, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall user experience for internal systems and technology platforms.
The ideal candidate is a strong technical problem-solver who enjoys helping users, improving processes, and working across teams to deliver reliable technology support.
As a Client Services Engineer, you'll:
As a Client Services Engineer, you'll:
- Provide technical support for employee-facing technology services through ServiceNow, Slack, and other support channels.
- Research, install, implement, and upgrade internal systems and SaaS platforms.
- Support conference room technology, printers, digital signage, and other office equipment.
- Collaborate on client-side projects that improve security, increase operational efficiency, or enhance user experience.
- Create and maintain documentation for internal processes and user-facing support knowledge base articles.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar IT support or systems administration role
- Experience supporting Windows 10, Ubuntu, Chrome OS, and macOS in an enterprise environment
- Familiarity with VMware and client-level virtualization tools such as Parallels or VirtualBox
- Experience administering and troubleshooting Google Workspace
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including VPN, DHCP, and DNS
- Strong understanding of endpoint security practices and user security best practices
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or similar ticketing and documentation systems
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory account administration
- Experience configuring or troubleshooting single sign-on platforms such as Azure AD, Okta, or Ping
- Experience with endpoint management tools such as ECM/Intune, Jamf, or Landscape
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and prioritization abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages
