HireArt is helping our client find an Administrative Business Partner to support several directors within the manufacturing operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and enjoys supporting leaders in a highly dynamic organization.
In this role, you’ll provide high-level administrative and operational support to multiple directors, helping keep teams organized, aligned, and operating efficiently. You’ll ensure administrative tasks are handled with precision and discretion.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities. This person demonstrates strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate with professionalism and confidentiality when supporting senior leaders.
As an Administrative Business Partner, you'll:
As an Administrative Business Partner, you'll:
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Schedule team and cross-functional meetings, ensuring logistics and materials are prepared in advance.
- Take meeting notes and track follow-ups and action items when needed.
- Assist with planning and coordinating team off-sites, events, and internal activities.
- Support new hire onboarding logistics and coordination.
- Handle administrative tasks such as booking domestic and international travel, managing expense reports, and coordinating meeting logistics.
- Support projects from inception through planning, tracking, and completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of administrative assistant or executive assistant experience
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to support a fast-growing team with diverse priorities
- Proficiency with Google Business Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, and Apple products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously

- Experience supporting multiple directors or senior leaders
- Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Quick learner who is proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
