Job description
HireArt is helping our client find a PLM Contractor to validate key attributes of engineering data release packages and ensure high-quality outputs for internal teams and external suppliers.
In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with design engineers to coordinate engineering change management and data releases. You will also work hands-on within the company’s implementation of the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform, specifically within the CATIA and ENOVIA domains.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced working with engineering data in enterprise PLM environments.
As a PLM Contractor, you'll:
As a PLM Contractor, you'll:
- Collaborate with responsible design engineers to define, validate, and coordinate the release of system and subsystem Bills of Materials (BOMs) and associated CAD specifications and documentation.
- Track and manage in-process system and subsystem releases and engineering changes to ensure they are implemented accurately and on schedule for new product introductions and ongoing production milestones.
- Support and participate in the development and continuous improvement of PLM processes used to manage product BOM structures and engineering data.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform, including CATIA and ENOVIA
- 3+ years of experience in engineering or production environments, preferably within the automotive, aerospace, or robotics industries
- Experience performing CAD and drawing data management within an enterprise PLM environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent record-keeping and organizational skills
