HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a ServiceNow Developer to maintain and enhance its ServiceNow ecosystem while serving as a technical lead across the platform.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the platform owner and architect to design scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business objectives. You’ll provide technical leadership, guide best practices, and mentor team members while driving continuous improvement across the ServiceNow environment.
The ideal candidate is technically strong, solutions-oriented, and comfortable leading complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

- Champion and evangelize best practices for ServiceNow development and administration.
- Act as a technical lead on ServiceNow projects, guiding implementation strategy and execution.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for ITAM, ITOM, integrations, Flow Designer, scoped applications, and automated testing frameworks.
- Design, develop, and refine ServiceNow workflows and functionalities to align with business needs.
- Collaborate with the platform owner, architect, and IT applications teams to ensure seamless platform performance.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into scalable workflows, and provide ongoing platform support.
- Lead complex integrations and technical solution design across systems.
- Stay current on new ServiceNow modules, features, and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience
- Strong experience with ITAM, ITOM, integrations, Flow Designer, scoped applications, and Automated Testing Framework
- Experience leading technical projects or serving as a platform SME
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is preferred
- Hardware or Software Asset Management certification strongly desirable
- HR Service Delivery certification is a plus!
