HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Senior Technical Product Manager - Operations Software (Robot Startup) to lead the development of mission-critical tools that power fleet and depot operations.
In this role, you’ll own and evolve a suite of operational software products used by robotics and maintenance teams. You will define product strategy, prioritize features, and drive delivery of scalable systems that enable efficient startup, charging, and remote fleet management across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate is deeply technical, operationally minded, and energized by building high-impact tools in fast-moving environments.
As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you'll:

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you'll:
- Own and steward a portfolio of operations software products, defining the roadmap, priorities, and long-term vision.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and TPMs to translate operational needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
- Define and track metrics that measure system health, operational performance, and business impact.
- Lead automation initiatives to streamline service startup workflows, identifying manual processes that can be eliminated or automated.
- Drive development of tools that enable supervisors to remotely manage robots, depots, and charging operations across distributed locations.
- Improve visibility, scalability, and efficiency of operations systems as the organization expands
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of product management experience
- Demonstrated experience owning products through full lifecycle management
- Strong ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence outcomes without direct authority
- Technical fluency in software development concepts, including backend systems, APIs, web applications, and technical tradeoffs
- Experience defining KPIs and using data to guide prioritization and decision-making
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience building or managing products supporting operations or maintenance teams
- Background in robotics, autonomous systems, fleet operations, or similar environments
- Experience with process improvement methodologies
- Ability to thrive in fast-growing, complex organizations
- Strong systems thinking and ability to deconstruct complex operational challenges
