HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Product Data Analyst to help harness data to improve service performance and customer experience.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to analyze vehicle and trip data, build scalable data models, and deliver actionable insights that shape the product roadmap and enhance the end-to-end rider experience.
The ideal candidate is analytical, customer-focused, and comfortable working with large datasets to drive measurable product impact.
As a Product Data Analyst, you'll:
As a Product Data Analyst, you'll:
- Use SQL and Python to clean, process, and transform large datasets into analytics-ready data models.
- Analyze vehicle performance and rider experience data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Correlate rider feedback with operational and product data to inform feature prioritization and roadmap decisions.
- Build clear, actionable dashboards and visualizations using Looker, Databricks, or similar tools to support product and leadership decision-making.
- Respond to ad hoc analytical requests and conduct targeted analyses to evaluate product changes and business initiatives.
- Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to define metrics, validate data models, and ensure data integrity.
- Partner with product teams to align analytics efforts with strategic priorities and maximize customer impact.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis or product analytics
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Proficiency in Python (including Pandas) for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience building dashboards using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-impact mindset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Bonus Qualifications:
- Familiarity with machine learning or predictive analytics techniques.
- Knowledge of autonomous vehicle operations or mobility platforms
