Job description

HireArt is helping our client find a reliable Fleet Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to the Fleet Manager.

In this role, you'll focus on vehicle documentation, compliance tracking, and routine fleet-related paperwork. This is an entry-level role designed to support day-to-day fleet operations and ensure records are accurate, organized, and up-to-date.


As a Fleet Support Specialist, you'll:
  • Assist the Fleet Manager with vehicle title processing, registration, and renewals.
  • Coordinate and track annual vehicle inspections and required compliance documentation.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records for fleet vehicles.
  • Support filing and submission of DMV and regulatory paperwork.
  • Track deadlines for inspections, registrations, and related fleet requirements.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external vendors as needed regarding documentation status.
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to fleet operations.
  • Support additional fleet-related projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Strong computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, document management)
  • Ability to manage routine tasks and follow established processes
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working with repetitive administrative work
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Strong follow-through on deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Willingness to learn fleet and compliance processes

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior administrative, clerical, or operations support experience
  • Familiarity with vehicle documentation, DMV processes, or fleet operations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or operations-focused environment
