Job description
HireArt is helping our client find a reliable Fleet Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to the Fleet Manager.
In this role, you'll focus on vehicle documentation, compliance tracking, and routine fleet-related paperwork. This is an entry-level role designed to support day-to-day fleet operations and ensure records are accurate, organized, and up-to-date.

As a Fleet Support Specialist, you'll:
- Assist the Fleet Manager with vehicle title processing, registration, and renewals.
- Coordinate and track annual vehicle inspections and required compliance documentation.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records for fleet vehicles.
- Support filing and submission of DMV and regulatory paperwork.
- Track deadlines for inspections, registrations, and related fleet requirements.
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors as needed regarding documentation status.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to fleet operations.
- Support additional fleet-related projects as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Strong computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, document management)
- Ability to manage routine tasks and follow established processes
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working with repetitive administrative work
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Strong follow-through on deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Willingness to learn fleet and compliance processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior administrative, clerical, or operations support experience
- Familiarity with vehicle documentation, DMV processes, or fleet operations
- Experience working in a fast-paced or operations-focused environment
