HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Technical Program Manager, Labbot, to support new product introductions (NPI) of robotic test assets, including ownership of bill of materials (BOM), production planning, and part sourcing.
In this role, you’ll drive production readiness for Labbot and related test platforms, managing resource planning, production scheduling, material readiness, and cross-functional coordination from design and engineering through testing, validation, and NPI. You’ll ensure configuration integrity, operational execution, and clear communication across stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically fluent, and experienced in managing complex hardware programs across engineering and operations teams.

- Partner with Bot Lab engineers and technicians to coordinate robot design updates and NPI execution plans.
- Own and maintain accurate as-built BOMs using PLM systems, ensuring strong configuration management across Labbot, MiniBots, and SystemBots.
- Manage production readiness activities, including resource allocation, scheduling, and incoming material tracking.
- Drive part replacement workflows and procurement coordination in alignment with SAP processes.
- Promote best practices in change management, PLM governance, and internal business processes.
- Communicate program status, risks, and key decisions clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead continuous process improvements focused on systems, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product engineering, manufacturing, test engineering, procurement, suppliers, and quality teams to ensure build plan execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in engineering, technical program management, or hardware operations
- Experience coordinating cross-functional programs involving logistics, quality, procurement, facilities, safety, and manufacturing
- Proven ability to manage complex hardware programs across multiple stakeholders and platforms
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Gantt charts, or similar planning systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
