  • Maintain accurate material master data, logistics data, and supply parameters within ERP systems.
  • Review shortages and inventory health against production schedules and implement mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate shipments and ensure all required documentation is completed prior to delivery.
  • Validate MRP demand and supply alignment, reconciling discrepancies as needed.
  • Manage new part introductions, BOM updates, and procurement of new materials.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain variances and implement corrective actions.
  • Support order management processes, supplier payments, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Travel occasionally to support site collaboration or training as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Business, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in purchasing, production control, or inventory/material planning
  • Experience managing technical materials such as electrical components, PCBAs, harnesses, or machined parts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of production control and inventory management principles
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to achieve operational goals

Bonus Qualifications:
  • Demand planning experience
  • Experience with supplier payments or invoice reconciliation
  • Experience interfacing with 3PL providers
  • Vendor or supplier negotiation experience
  • APICS CPIM certification

Benefits:
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
  • Employer (HireArt) Subsidized healthcare benefits (eligibility begins on the first of the month following 60 days of service)
  • Flexible Spending Account for healthcare-related costs
  • HireArt covers all costs for short and long-term disability and life insurance
  • 401k package

Commitment: This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt. The role is onsite and available to candidates local to the Foster City, CA area.
