Job description

HireArt is helping our client find a Facilities Manager to ensure our workspace supports safe, efficient, and professional operations.
In this role, you’ll oversee the overall functionality, security, and presentation of the facility; partner with internal teams and external vendors; and help evolve our client's workspace as the company grows.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience supporting facilities, workplace operations, or office management, has a service-oriented mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As a Facilities Manager, you will:
  • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations to ensure the office is safe, functional, and professional.
  • Coordinate vendors and contractors to support maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
  • Plan and manage office upgrades and build-outs.
  • Support preventative maintenance and basic facilities documentation to ensure reliability.
  • Partner with internal teams to support workplace needs and host visitors.
  • Assist with safety, security, and compliance efforts.
  • Help maintain a high standard for how the facility looks, operates, and supports our client's culture.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting facilities, workplace operations, or office management
  • Experience managing vendors, service providers, and day-to-day operational issues
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects
  • Comfortable working independently, adapting to change, and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator with a service-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with basic safety, security, and facilities best practices; willingness to learn as needed
  • Ability to be on-site and occasionally respond to urgent facility needs outside normal hours
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required. Certain job duties may involve access to U.S. export-controlled information
